Breakfast at Linda’s Dutch Pancakes in Palm Beach, Aruba.  The angle is misleading as both Dutch pancakes were the same size. 🙂  Leslie (top) ordered a Gouda & Mushroom and rolled it up like wrap. Mine was pineapple and coconut, which I eventually rolled up as well since cutting up bite sized pieces was taking a while. They were very big!  Oh, that little shot glass was coconut liqueur as a sauce, for dipping or for drinking.  That will wake you up at 8 am!
