POTW June 2021 / Week 2

You have to get up early to dive Atlantis in Bonaire in order to minimize the encounters with the kite surfers, but it is worth it!! On our first visit we spotted several turtles and rays. The reefs are pristine and teeming with fish in both the deep and the shallows. This friendly Green Sea Turtle let me swim along side it for a bit, long enough to capture this image. I hope it conveys the grace and beauty of these creatures.

Equipment and settings: Nikon D850 / Nikon 16-35mm / INON z330 strobes / 1/160th / f11 / ISO 400.
Location: Atlantis, Bonaire
