Finally! After 12 months, 10 residences, 3 islands and 2 countries – we are finally in the location we planned for our initial retirement location in May 2020. We arrived on Bonaire on April 30th, and have been enjoying (almost) every minute since.

We have a lovely condo overlooking the water with everything we need, including the rare electric clothes dryer. There is a dive shop across the street, a rinse tank for our gear on the property and some great eateries within walking distance. The diving is phenomenal, the reefs are very healthy, the marine life is abundant and the sunsets are stunning.
